* If a workstation setup is required, once the accounts have been created, a new ticket will be generated for the workstation setup. We will send a Timezest invitation that will allow you to select a time and date that works for both you and the tech to set up the new machine. Typically, we only need the user for 10 minutes to confirm what is needed and make sure we can get on the machine.*
